Pretty Young Ginger Female young Cat - neutered - HELP URGENTLY NEEDED

We have a pretty Ginger female, I guess coming up to a year old. She has been on our land since a small kitten latter part of last year. She is very very affectionate and we have recently had her neutered, dewormed, tick and flee treatment, she is also litter trained. We would keep her as she really is a lovely cat, quite small, but we have many dogs so cannot have her indoors and since being neutered she has been in our cattery with our elderly Persian. Our problem is our Persian is diabetic and we are unable to monitor her correctly with another cat with her and she has a tendency for Hypoglycemia attacks. Please can someone help..... We don't really want to let this cat out into the open especially as there is a tom cat that frightens her but we are so desperate now because of the problems it is causing our 15 yr old diabetic cat.
