Convert music cassettes to CD

If you have quite cassettes it's probably more cost effective to do it yourself. You can purchase what looks like a cassette player which connects to your PC/Laptop. You can then transfer them to the PC and then burn them to CD/DVD.

These units are available from Amazon and a while ago I did see one in Steve hayes shop.

I have some music and BBC comedy cassettes, can any one tell me where I could have them converted to CD format.
