cherry Tree and grapefruit bush

Unless your cherry is a Morello variety, which is self fertile, you will need a male and female tree of the same species to cross- pollinate, to get fruit.
As for the grapefruit, it could be many things, if you've had fruit off it in previous years, did you get any blossom?
If so, did you water well when the fruit set, as it's been a very dry Winter, and the fruits will drop if not given sufficient water?
Was it exposed to the high winds we've had this year?
So many things can have gone wrong, that it's a hard question to answer.
If your not meant to have midnight snacks, why do they put a light in fridges?

Hi had the above trees 7 years now the Cherry Tree gives lovely Blossom every year and its grown quite tall but never get any CHERRIES (why)
The Grapefruit bush is not giving my any grapefruit this year and yet in the past has so what is the matter with both these trees. Any ideas would greatly received. Regards
