2014 IBI BILLS

The Town Hall is expecting these to arrive from Almeria in the next month.
The delay has been caused because of the large numbers of houses which have been newly registered this year. In particular most of Los Carrascos and La Perla will now be registered for IBI.
The newly registered houses will have bills back dated to 2011, although the back dated bills will be spread over two payment periods.
There is normally 6 weeks in which to pay a bill.
