There's a fishing tackle/marine shop in Garrucha that sell them.
Make your way to the harbour where the private boats are moored. There's a row of bars overlooking the harbour. It's tucked right behind them.
You may find them in a chinese todo shop as well

Is there a local fishing tackle shop I need some small lead weights , the sort of things I used to balance my fishing float as a kid.
