Good morning.   You only get free test strips if you are on insulin now.   But you could try anyway.  Boxes of test strips contain 50 and cost 50 euros.

Blood sugar testers and test strips are free from your doctor if you are on the Spanish Health system.
You are in Spain so use the Spanish Health system.
It's much better than the NHS anyway
