That's the problem, after many experiences good and bad, I suspect it's a bit of both. As far as Internet is concerned I let those concerned know my feelings, strongly if I feel bad service. Find another nearby customer on the same system and compare. I recently made a fuss and they changed my receiver on the roof and it's much better, 100 % improvement.  No body likes making a fuss and being forceful but sitting in silence gets nothing done.
My suggestion is start with the internet, accept you have to pay for the best, insist you get the best and see what happens.

Mostly my system works ok but when it doesnt i feel the need to change the system.
How though,  do i know if its my system, or blips with my internet provision that are making the system not work?
I could buy any of these systems mentioned on here only for them to behave the same!
( anyone else not able to watch strictly last night? )
