Seed soil

Any universal compost mixed with horsey poo is really good, we grow all or own veg using this method, although check that some herb seedlings don't like horsey poo.

I need to buy some seed soil for planting vegetable seeds, compost is no good for some thing so need the good stuff which is specialised for this
Does anyone know what it is called here and where to buy it.
