I am amazed Linea Direct haven,t contacted you.
Yesterday they phoned us 3 times inquiring if we had any damage to our house or property. Which we thought was brilliant and just the way ALL Insurance Companys should act when their is a national disaster.
Fortunately our area of Lorca was virtually unscathed .

Hi, Linea Directa gave me a free phone number when I complained it is 900 123 113 I haven't used it yet but they assured me it wouldn't cost me.

No byrney, they are not taking too long but when you phone each time and they start with what department you want and all that then trying too sort the rest out at 60cent more or less a minute i think thats a bit excesive myself, i feel like just cancelling it and going back to where i can walk in and sort things out.

I don´t know what the problem is - are they taking ages to answer?
Why not try their car insurance number - 902 123 123 ?
They answer quickly and I was only speaking to them last week and they offered to transfer me to the house insurance people.
Worth a try.
