Acoustic sessions tend to be folky, it's the nature of the beast. If you're a performer, then you can join in and do whatever is in your bag. Not sure about 'coastal', AIR the last couple of meetings were in Lubrin and Sorbas, but I don't go to them myself, which is why I suggested you contact Harvey.

As others have said, there are several places where jam and/or open mic sessions are hosted and new faces are always welcome.

Bar No6 in Albox hold a jamming session every Thursday night starting about 8:00pm, anyone is free to go along and join in. Why not pop in and give it a try.
