Help, I need to convert a tv to watch all video formats

Hi, not sure if this is the sort of thing you need but I use Movavi video converter. It will convert any file into the format for your telly.
I have found it brilliant for converting 3d films to the right format for an LG tv for instance.
You can have a free trial but I paid for it after the first couple of conversions, I had tried others and was not impressed.

Is there anyone out there who can help

My girls have two basic tvs in their rooms, with hdmi slots, however they are rather particular about the formats they will play, Im looking for something that will play jet flashes or media harddrives but is not connected to the internet as it drains the wifi along with 4 tablets, two phones, a laptop and the tvbox
