police cover

went down today to see louisa all shut ,
went to the town hall and was first told
louisa was on holiday and no cover was
available then before you take another
gaspe of air was told we have a stand by
all my retails where taken that was 1030
and still no return .
just thinking have we got no police cover 
what so ever, just a thought . for give my spelling its crap
