Well, we cant moan about one thing, excellent all the way, esp Christmas day, started with free wine beer, canapes of salmon and caviar, and just got better and better, fantastic,

We boarded the coach in Vera and then had only one more pick up which only took a matter of minutes and then off to benidorm. We had a 30 minute stop at a services between murcia and Alicante for toilet and coffee and the complete journey took approx 3.5 hours including stops .
The same on the way back just one comfort stop , the coach was a very new vehicle which had wifi facility on board so an enjoyable trip was had by all.

Thank you most sincerely, Coldavies, for your very full reply.  The only thing still on my mind is how the picking up at so many locations went. In other words, did you spend as long picking up as it took to get to Benidorm?   If the picking up went without a hitch we may well be joining you next Christmas.

We went as a party of 8 people to this hotel for xmas, the hotel was fully booked and busy but 
apart from the check in when 2 coaches arrived at the same time which was a little hectic the service from the reception and waiters was excellent and all the staff were very friendly . The food in the restaurant was more than acceptable as there was always something that you could eat, maybe not 4 star but for Benidorm very good. The location of this hotel is probably its best point as it is right in the middle of all the bars and entertainment, ok maybe a little noisy at night but you are in Benidorm!!!!
Christmas day lunch was very enjoyable with great service and as much wine as you could wish for, everyone in our party had a great time.
The hotel had entertainment in 2 bars from about 4 pm until the early hours of the morning offering a choice between old fashioned dancing or up to date disco/ quiz games / tribute bands/singers etc. Something for most tastes.
We noticed some clients moaning about the breakfasts as there was only Spanish bacon but when in Spain .....
The public areas and bedrooms were very clean and i am glad to say the beds were comfy.
Overall a good choice for xmas and we will do it all again next year .  :)

Looking for feedback, for future reference, from anyone who went on the organised Christmas trip to the Hotel Marina in Benidorm. Your comments will be much appreciated.
