Title: Landlord changing mind
Post by: FeeStor on March 27, 2019, 17:17:55 PM
:huh:We signed a 6 month lease agreement with a specific Inventory.  The landlord then decided that he wanted to exclude and remove an item   (TV).  We disputed this and heard nothing back so decided to pursue other options as we felt the relationship was damaged and  couldn't trust him.  He suddenly said he wouldn't remove it.  Do we have grounds not to continue with the lease because of bad faith?  Just in you guys' opinion.  Thanks.

It seems there is no breach of contract if all inventory items are present. Did you agree to a lease ?
If you have changed your mind, let him/her know so they can rent to someone else.
