Sistel Almanzora - lack of information

I'm trying for some time to get from Juan the extern IP adress of our installation in Limaria. He has to give it since we're in Belgium and are unaible to detect it ourserves.
But I have no idea why, but that man is so hard to get information from, even for an information that takes him 15 seconds to find it.
I tried his phone and his e-mailaddress, but no answer whatsoever.
I'm getting tired of that attitude...
Am I the only one with complaints? Hope not.....

Juan contacted me today ( it’s Saturday!) and fixed my problem. Happy again...

No complaints from me either.  Only had a small problem twice and both times quickly sorted.

Yes we all have excellent service from Juan. Perhaps you have not got the correct information you need.
