Fresh coriander

It's everywhere so it's easy to find. We usually grow our own and it just takes off like a rocket.  hate the stuff as it tastes like soap to me, but my other half loves it so there's always a big bunch in water in the fridge. If you keep it like that in the fridge and cover it with a plastic bag it stays fresh a lot longer...unfortunately!  :lol:

We have bought it in Mercadona and Rizo's.

Carrot and coriander soup... mmmm!!!!

I bought a coriander plant for €1 from the garden centre just past the galasa roundabout on the way to Vera. Stuck it in the garden & it's growing like mad.

There are stalls in both Albox and Arboleas markets that sell coriander.

The spice lady in HO market had some last week and also there were plants for sale in Albox market on Tuesday.  Hope this helps K

the fruit and veg shop in albox sells it, the one on the corner up from mercadona's, not sure of the name.

You can also buy it in Mercadonna, where the fresh veg is.

Not that easy , sometimes Rizo's in Albox have it , it's easier though to buy an actual plant in a garden centre which will hopefully give you a supply for a few weeks and they are cheap , not an easy plant to grow though  :head
