Spanish TV

Does your TV manage digital signals and tune them in if not you new a digi box

I have a socket in my apartment that is supplied from the communial Spanish TV aerial. Other people in the complex get spanish tv ok from their tvs sets but i do not seem able to tune my spanish bought tv to get any tv of any sorts apart from sky tv via the satalite system.

Can anyone assist?
