Can't see why that would fix it when I'm using a remote proxy and it's working fine on all the other UK only sites

It seems a reboot of your router will fix it.

Turn it off, unplug it for a few minutes then turn it back on again.

I was using Skygo in Spain last week, through a UK VPN, whats the error message you are getting?

If you have a sky account and have signed up for skygo, then it shouldn't be a problem. Without them it's a no go I'm afraid.

Has anyone experience of connecting to Skygo from Spain?
I am using a remote proxy which works great with BBC and ITV but I get an error message when I try to connect to Skygo
