Title: Can I terminate my rental agreement

Many thanks for your replies BUT I cannot now find this posting I made a few days ago?
Any ideas why not as the search did not find it for me?

Your first port of call is your lawyer,get him/ her to go over your lease and make sure the lease was legal in the first place,they will tell you how to proceed.

I would have thought that your first port of call would be the property owner or company through which you are renting?
