It's a shielding gas Byrns, stops oxidizing of the welding process, that's as much as you need to know..

plus yer cant drink it and if yer breath it it has no halusanic hifects   unless yer roll a joint and smoke it wile welding

just been into motor parts shop Kurban on main Albox Road ,Olli is doing welding gases from next couple of weeks plus air con fault find gas.

i priced a pure Argon for tig its about 200e including the 120e  refundable bottle deposit on a 20 litre which is spot on for me.wow sounds a great deal to me stay  safe you and the family
