You need to file a complaint with the branch first, in writing. Then if the Director can't resolve it you need the Ombudsman. I can send you the relevant contact details as soon as I get back to the house - we had t use this path when dealing with the local branch of Santander, and won a rather handsome and large victory, so the system does work. Will send you the details when I get home this afternoon...just out of interest, was it Santander!?

Does any body have a contact number or a email address for the Ombudsman of banking for Spain?

I have Goggled a few time with no results. If somebody has bad problems with there bank and had to take it further than the branch, is there a contact number for complaints?

Many Thanks JP
