I am also a Bankia customer.  I got into my acccount on-line by entering my passport number and the same pin number that I used previously when logging in.  If that doesn't work then I can only suggest that you go into the branch and ask for help.

Hi, would appreciate some help please.
I was a customer with BMN and Bankia
have  just taken them over. I have been
given a new username and
password from BMN to access online
banking with Bankia. It is not accepting
either. I am now blocked and have
notified them I am blocked but no joy
so far!!!!
Was I suppose to input previous details? Did
try this after but without success!
Is there anybody who can give me some
advice please.
