Plug it in to the TV via HDMI cable, plug an Ethernet cable from your router into the IPTV box, then switch it on to see if there is already a current subscription running on the box.

If not get an IPTV subscription from eBay, go to settings, add the portal address you've bought off eBay and away you go.

If you're not tech savvy, try EzeTv or another local company and see if they can supply you a subscription for your box?

   A mate  as just got hold of a tv set that as a IPTV box with it can some one tell us what to do with it can he just plug it in  or will he have to get some one to set it up  please no rude remarks  thank you  regards   les
