Humax have confirmed there was a problem there end which is now fixed.
If you have had a problem this week, please unplug your box wait 30 seconds plug back in and all should be cured

Hi, which model is the humax box, as there has been a firmware update this weekend that is causing problems.
Humax tech support are hoping to cure this by Wednesday.
