Small brown dog Los Carrascas

Similar small brown/beige dog in the village this morning.   has a collar on,    very frightened.   Did feed it some food.   then he disappeared.

Tonight there was a small brown dog with brown collar and bell running around by the bins in Los Carrascas. Wife tried to get him but he was too nervous. Looks like he has got out from somewhere.
