Death certificate

I am sorry for your friends loss.
I am with Avalon, and my husband passed away recently.
I received 6 death certificates, 3 for the UK and 3 for Spain.
For bank accounts, bills, Deed change etc you use the Spanish certificate,
but if like myself you also had an English bank account then you use the UK one.

I'm not sure I understand your question. I recently got a death certificate when my husband died - it was provided by Avalon, with whom we had our plan.
