Grubs In Fruit

Go to search and type in "neem oil" I spray twice a year with this using a very weak solution, and it seems to do the trick.
It's quite expensive for a bottle, but it will last you forever.

Over the last 3 or 4 years I have had small holes in the fruit of the peach, apple and pear trees. Inside was a small grub and last year was worse. Does anyone know what is causing this and what I need to do to prevent it this year. The peach tree is now in blossom and the apple is leafing.
