One of the main Area,s of help you could offer,is a citizen ship package /Advice/applications,there is a 1 in 2 chance of the UK  leaving the EU, if this is the case it is highly probable that British non EU  citizens will eventually need visa,s or Citizen ship ,unless a deal can be done to give British EU  free movment, wile not an EU  member.

just an idea the vote is going to be VERY  close.

At CTR Solicitors, Huercal-Overa, our bilingual services include:

RESIDENCY:
To get a residency certificate or an NIE number you now have to present a number of personal and financial documents. We can advise you, fill in your forms, check your documents and make your appointment for a nominal fee.

WILLS:
Our wills are bilingual and include the important clause stating that you wish your will to be governed by UK law. We draw up your will and go with you to the notary to sign it.

HOUSE SALES:
When you buy or sell a property make sure you have a lawyer on your side. We charge a one-off set fee with no commission.

ANNUAL TAX RETURNS:
Hassle free "declaraciĆ³n de la renta," annual tax returns: Remember that the Spanish tax year runs from January to December and tax forms should be submitted from April to June for the previous year.

NON-RESIDENT TAX FORMS:
European non-resident Spanish property owners must complete a non-resident tax declaration (form 210) every year from September to December for the previous tax year. This is not a new legal requirement but recently there has been a crackdown on non-payers.

TAX STATUS
Having an NIE number doesn't mean you are a resident. Neither does having a green "EU residency" paper automatically make you a tax resident. Check your status and make sure the tax authority has your correct address and personal details to avoid expensive mistakes.
