I think "Aspro" is just a brand name Di, as it's the same ingredients, but it might be best to ask in the Farmacia and I'm sure they'll be able to help!

I have tried soluble aspirins but they don't work.

They are just aspirin, you can get soluble aspirin in the Farmacia...it's a lot less expensive to buy the generic ones than a brand name which has the same ingredients.
