It won't close, the handle is halfway and won't move, it's in the open position and it's loose at the hinge side at the top. The hinge is O.K. I was going to tilt it and changed my mind and turned the handle the other way, it seems to click and then it was like it had locked.

It's pvc aluminium, a bathroom window that you can either drop open from the top or fully open to the side.
