Title: MXQPro Android Box
Post by: Hogs on May 10, 2017, 06:55:01 AM
I've just bought a MXQ Pro Box and managed to delete Kodi with all the pre loaded 'Stuff' I know if ya don't know don't push the button !!!!!!! So having done that very thing I've managed to get Kodi 17.1 reloaded AND some add ons (Thanks to You Tube)  but can't seem to find the Add ons I recognise from my old MiniX box !  I certainly don't seem to be able to find the old skin from xmbc, you know with the bar across the screen Photos Music Videos etc etc with the mini bar attached underneath, Settings and add ons (I Think !)

Soooooooo Help is the only shout I can make this sunny morning in UK Land and any help would be appreciated.

You could simply take advantage of someone else's hard work and download their build, eg https://kodi-tutorials.uk/tag/seo-michael/ (https://kodi-tutorials.uk/tag/seo-michael/)

I don't know which version you have: does this help - https://kodi.tv/article/kodi-161-%E2%80%93-jarvis-%E2%80%93-mark-xvi (https://kodi.tv/article/kodi-161-%E2%80%93-jarvis-%E2%80%93-mark-xvi)?

But why not simply install the latest 'Krypton', Kodi version 17.1?

Personally I don't like 17.1! In fact I still run 15.2 cos you can adjust the brightness in Kodi. 16.1 is also still fine. I have found nothing that doesn't work in either.
