disposal of pozo waste on land

Up here july & august are the times they clear out the pig houses as well.

6.30 pm suddenly assailed with the most horrendous smell from waste being spread on nearby land.
Closed everthing down but whole house smells of it. Now dispersing outside but left feeling very sick. I was under the impression that it wasn't allowed to be spread on land after all the ecoli problems.
This was definitely pozo waste. Will be paying a visit to town hall. Several visitors in my barriada at the moment too must have been quite a shock for them. My visitor saw the tank leaving across the rambla.
Hope it does not come again. Shock horror he has just come back with another load and only one field away from me!!!
