Anyone else struggling with the internet provided by Sistel?

Been having problems for 4 days now have a subscription for 12mbps lucky to be getting 6 mbps in the evenings, have rebooted several times. Been in touch with Juan but still no joy or sign of it being corrected, I am in Los Higuerales.

Very frustrated!!
