Making a UK Will (without going there!)

It is possible to write your own UK will (our Parents did and we had no problems with probate etc.).  However, if you have assets in more than one country it is strongly advised to get a UK lawyer or will writer to do it.

Advice please on how to make a UK Will while resident in Spain and without returning to UK for any period of time!  I have a Spanish Will for assets here. TIA.
