Don't be silly.
He is not technically qualified.
Hence we cannot have a technical discussion with him.
He just does not want to sign in case it is wrong (which it is not) but he does not know because he is not qualified.

welcome to our world :head :head :head

Don't worry Tets, when the penny drops that he might loose his job if he dos'nt sign we will be on the home run. Meanwhile to take your mind off politics would you like a 1962  Villiers workshop manual (gratis)

Well done Roger and Cristabol thanks for all your hardwork.  As you say crossed fingers the last hurdle has been jumped and it will be full steam ahead to legalising the remaining properties in Arboleas.  Then it will be the only fully legal village in the area which can only be a good thing for those who want to sell or buy.

At the end of the day,its was always going to be a done deal,no council in its right mind with the experiance Arboleas has,is going to put a half arsed plan in costing 10, 1000,s in fees if they know it wont go through, just wait for the rubber stamp and get your" fee,s & charges money ready"  to complet the  legalisation of your homes.
