Morning,
If you go into the Guardia Station in Albox they will tell you which farmacia is open.

For towns in Almería use http://www.dipalme.org/Servicios/IAE/farmacias.nsf/Farmacias-de-Guardia-por-nucleo.html (http://www.dipalme.org/Servicios/IAE/farmacias.nsf/Farmacias-de-Guardia-por-nucleo.html)  However, for Huercal-Overa I just use the town hall's website(http://www.huercal-overa.es/Servicios/IAE/farmacias.nsf/VistasWeb?OpenAgent&id=04053&tipo=Farmacias&vista=farmaciasguardia&municipio=HUERCAL-OVERA (http://www.huercal-overa.es/Servicios/IAE/farmacias.nsf/VistasWeb?OpenAgent&id=04053&tipo=Farmacias&vista=farmaciasguardia&municipio=HUERCAL-OVERA)).
