Not as far as I am aware.  you have to provide your own translators at Hospitals/Doctors here in Spain. Not like the Uk where everything is on hand for you if you do not speak the language.

the hospitals do not provide translators,ive seen signs up saying to bring your own before.
i am more than capable of helping you out.

Our translator is excellent. Her name is Adele. She lives in Huercal Overa and we pick her up at the Overa hotel and take her there. We have used her loads of times in the last 18 months. Pm me for details.
