Title: Talking
Post by: KJH3 on March 23, 2017, 10:38:43 AM
When did a large portion of British lose the ability to talk and not SHOUT in what should be everyday conversations. You might expect it in groups of the older generation where hearing might be a problem but a lot of the younger generations seem to shout even when sat next to the intended recipient. When in bars, restaurants cafes etc it is nigh impossible not to hear what should be private conversations. It even worse when they use their mobiles, these devices have sensitive microphones etc. There is no need to screech into them at the top of their voices.
