Large white dog, brown marks, Pointer, Female, wandering around La Perla. Got a red 'collar' seems to be looking for owner????? probably abandoned.

Is that the big dog that belongs to the builder in the old cortigo at the end of Albuli it's always walking the block on its own.
Looks like it is, according to people in the know. WHY is it roaming the streets, desperate for water. animal cruelty, but hey ho. nothing will be done.
This dog gets out of the gate wonders around but always ends up back home eventually. There are others that can't get out and are left alone for days and weeks alone unfed except by passing dog walkers.
Wonderful, must be real animal lovers.
