During the time I have been here, my tv reception (via Albox online / 360TV), has been locking-up, freezing, pixelating, and occasionally just disappearing altogether.
I use this system due to the switch-on / switch-off facility it offers, but does anyone know of another service provider that can offer the same (but with better reliability)

Can anyone give me the same information we had the swap from albox online to TV360 lost functions and fed up of it going off before a Big Game.....

Been with them for two months and today is the first time i have had trouble. Message came on screen to say they were sorting it and all is now good. More than happy.
We use Colin (Cool Solutions ) not a problem, A.O.L internet .
