Robert Mugabe can only be a Meglomania ambassador. More blood on his hands than most. Can you imagine him spreading goodwill......no, too much of a stretch.
... And the next stage in the 'drama' might well be - appointing his wife as the next President of Zimbabwe !

Even more worrying is the fact that some persons running the W.H.O. actually considered Mugabe in the first place.
