I have an oil fired Closed C/H system installed, I have purchased a solid fuel boiler and was looking to de commission the Oil boiler and put in the new boiler / Stove with a header tank etc to create an open system but i have spoken to a number of people who say that with the appropriate changes the new boiler could be added to my existing system to work in conjunction with the oil burner, My question is are there any experts out there who have done this type of conversion and able to give advise or someone who could do the work thanks in anticipation
What operating pressure is the new stove 3 or 5 bar?
