most garages can do this it costs about 8-10 euros, need to take proof the car is yours

You can get number plates made while you wait in the place opposite Dia supermarket, cant think of their name but the paint shop is at one end of the row of buildings and car parts shop is the other with wall round and you drive in through the gates into their carpark, but as said take proof and NIE and all the normal stuff, mothers maiden name, fathers occupation, when married and by who.. etc.
