According to the Official Bulletins (BOP) the town hall of Partaloa has been obliged by Contentious Administrative Court No 1 in Almeria (Sentence 223/2008) to open an administrative file (expediente) to determine if planning permission and segregation licence granted to Promociones Partaloba SL for the construction of four houses on parcela 67 of poligono 10 in the Retamar area of Partaloa should be revoked. Permission was granted on the 05/10/2006.
