There used to be shops that only bought gold in Spain but they did not seem to be interested in 9ct
There was one in Vera on the left hand side of the road as you walk up from the church in the centre
There is also a member of this forum who used to buy gold but I'm not sure of her login name- she is called Carol

There are a couple of stalls, Michael Williams' and one nearby that sells trinkets, etc, on Los Llanos market. Both will buy gold. When I had some to sell I checked the prices in the UK and I was not offered enough on the market for me to sell.

We got double in the Uk what we had been offered on the market in Spain
