What action or fines can be levied against these people?

http://www.euroweeklynews.com/3.0.15/news/on-euro-weekly-news/spain-news-in-english/130435-breaking-spain%E2%80%99s-bin-laws-could-dump-you-with-a-hefty-fine

50€ is the opening offer then fines go up to figures with a few noughts for repeat offenders and for the seriousness of the crime.

One of the bin was trying, unsuccessfully, to clear some of the rubbish thrown near the bins on our way into Albox. Maybe a big clean up could happen.

These were just three quick photos of unwanted items that were dumped at the recycling centre where only garden cuttings should be. A few points of thought are listed below:-

1. These items were dumped on Sunday afternoon when the recycling centre was closed but the person has been recorded on camera.
2. The paintings could have gone to a charity shop for a good cause.
3. Most of the other dumped items should have entered the recycling centre and put in the appropriate bins.
4. There was also a couple of bags of kitchen rubbish including dirty tins, chicken bones/skin and vegetable peelings that should have been put in the street rubbish bins.
5. These unwanted items were not just off loaded from the offenders vehicle, they were basically thrown all over the place.

Therefore, there is no need to abuse street bins with items other than household waste (kitchen rubbish) that they are intended for. Now that we have the recycling centre everything else should be deposited there instead of dumping unwanted items. The police are taking action on offenders that are littering our area, so be warned, use the recycling centre and keep our area clear of dumping.
