Go down the road between the Tabac bar and the Farmacia, on the RHS there's a turning off which takes you up a ramp to a square and it's in front of you in the old town hall.  It's only open from 1pm - 2pm.  There's a picture of it on DavidJohn's website http://www.villagesinalmeria.com/post_office.html
