Wayne Rooney tells today's Sun newspaper that England have got to ''play dirty'' in the Costa Rica game. ''We need to be more streetwise.'' Pity you didn't think of that two weeks ago Wayne.......

no dont  blame the manager for the disaster when you only have DONKEYS to pick you end up with a team of DONKEYS as the results show. the media say they are world class (ha ha) and they think they are (must be we are on 200 grand a week) shows how good they are with the results :redcard: :redcard:

Interesting watching a discussion on BBC Breakfast this morning how low expectations seem to have been back in the UK and very little surprise that England went out so early. Anyhow Mr Hodgson is now leading us on to Euro 2016 according to Greg Dyke of the FA - is that the traditional vote of confidence managers get just before they're sacked ?

IT WAS ALL DOWN TO HODGSON,S CHOICE,IF HE HAD STARTED BOTH GAMES WITH THE RIGHT PLAYERS,AND NOT BROUGHT THEM ON AS SUBS IN THE LAST 15 MINUTES,THEN WE WOULD STILL OF BEEN IN THE WORLD CUP,IT WAS ALL DOWN TO HODGSON,S CHOICE,NOW HE IS A REAL SAD MAN,AS WE ALL ARE

To boost the moral of the England team, they have a few fixtures arranged on return. Iceland will be there first team they will face, if they do well Tesco, Aldi and Lidl will follow.

And you don't need to wear a fleece!

Yes they get fleeced in England by the FA and fleeced again in Brazil. Much safer (and cheaper) to stay at home and watch on TV.

I feel so sorry for the fans, especially those that have travelled to Brasil.

Maybe someone should change the Amigo's advert on this page

BBC reports England have been knocked out of the World Cup after losing two of three games. Italy lost to Costa Rica so it is not possible for England to go through.
