Maybe Correos in albox can help with a  tracking number,we have sent parcels to Japan and S.Korea and they take about 14 days (no tracking)

Thankyou for your replies. Our parcel needs to go to China. Do parcelabc collect from the villages do you know? Or does anyone know of any other way of sending this?
