Phoned them. It was cut off three times. I have a " key" that expires at 9:00 tonight so really need to get on line.  As it will be hard to replace the key.

Any one else having problems with the internet I've re-booted the router that was at 4:00 this afternoon. Sent Juan two messages but still nothing.
